These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase and participation in the following offer: Own Your Edge ("Program").
By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Program includes coaching sessions, digital learning materials, access to weekly sparring sessions, a learning journal with AI companion, 1:1 coaching session(s), and 6 months of continued coaching support after graduation. Details are outlined on the sales page you purchased from.
The total fee for the Program is EUR 997,00, payable:
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a payment fails, you are responsible for updating your payment method promptly.
Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to materials, we do not offer refunds or accept cancellations. By purchasing, you acknowledge this policy and agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
If applicable, you may reschedule a 1:1 session with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited. If we need to reschedule, we will give as much notice as possible and provide an alternative time.
We make no guarantees about your specific results. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your personal effort, background, and circumstances. The Program is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for legal, medical, therapeutic, or financial advice.
All Program content, including videos, worksheets, slides, and other materials, is protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own learning. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the content without written permission.
We respect your privacy and will keep all personal information shared during sessions confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology to access the Program, including a stable internet connection and any required platforms (e.g., Zoom, compatible browsers).
This Agreement becomes binding upon confirmation of your purchase, either through full or partial payment.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country override this provision.
If you are purchasing as a business client, you acknowledge that consumer protection laws may not apply. If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have additional rights under your country's laws.
